What sizes do you offer for the portraits?

For framed and poster prints we offer three sizes:
A4 (210 x 297 mm)
A3 (297 x 420 mm)
A2 (420 x 594 mm)

What materials are used for your frames and artwork?

Printed on museum-quality giclée lustre paper, your artwork is designed to last a lifetime. Our frames are made in the UK using responsibly sourced materials and come in black, white, or oak finishes with a textured matte finish. Crystal-clear perspex protects your artwork, keeping it lightweight and ready to display. Frames measure 20x25mm.

What is the production and delivery time?

After your portrait is completed, the production process (including framing) typically takes 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in approximately 4–5 business days. So from start to finish, you should receive your custom portrait within about a week to the UK.

Can I see a preview of my portrait before delivery?

To ensure a smooth and efficient production process, we do not provide previews before delivery. However, by following our photo submission guidelines, you can be confident that your portrait will meet the same high-quality standards as the examples showcased on our website. If your photo does not provide the best foundation for the portrait, we will reach out to assist you in selecting a more suitable one. Can I order a digital version of my portrait?

Yes! You can add a high-resolution digital file of your portrait to your order, which you can share online, use as a phone wallpaper, or print extra copies.
